Former Foreign Minister Melza Haradinaj has said that EU Emisari's statement, Miroslav Lajcak, that Kosovo and Serbia should define the dialogue itself, implies that the EU has no idea what it requires of the process, has no idea what normalisation is and has no idea when the process should end.
