The 30-day detention requirement has been filed by the Peja Prosecutor.
The news has confirmed the Constitutional Prosecutor's spokesman in Pec, Shkodran Nikci.
“With September 27th due to a criminal offense of “Sexual assault” and for this criminal case two state prosecutors and relevant police units have been engaged. After the intensive effort, the identity of the suspected person has become possible, and at the order of the State Prosecutor, the suspect has been arrested and initially detained for 48 hours. ”
The attacker, Flori Beqiraj, has accepted the offense.
In the court's ruling, Beciw's lawyer was quoted as saying that the defendant was under the influence of alcohol during his work.
The decision also states that Flori Beciray has apologised to the victim, Mrika Nikci and her family, as the suspect's father also had working reports with the Nikci family.
His lawyer has argued Beqiw's action under the claims that, under the influence of alcohol, the same one has been unaware of his actions, so he proposed that the defendants be appointed house arrest measures.
His condition has been under the influence of alcohol, according to him, shows that his conduct during his execution is not his, has been able that even the defendant himself cannot explain in view of these circumstances I don't think there is danger of escape or of performing any other criminal work. I propose to the court that the defendants be pronounced one of the alternative measures which are adequate for the defendant, specifically propose the measure of house arrest”, the court ruling said.
