The EU diplomatic service said the EU does not recognise and will never recognise this illegal annexation from Russia, writes Skynews.
“These decisions of Russia are invalid and cannot produce any judicial effect”.
Earlier, the Russian Parliament's High Chamber voted to approve the incorporation of regions, while Moscow has no full control of any of the areas it now claims to be its own.

The recent advances of Ukraine have also postponed front lines in Luhansk a region over which Russian forces claimed full control in July.
