EU imposes sanctions on Iran for sending fears to Russia

Through a unanimous decision, the European Union Council added three Iranian individuals and an Iranian entity to the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures for violating or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. European Union member states decided to submit these sanctions to the function of Iran's role in the development and distribution of pilot-free air vehicles (UAV) used by Russia in its fight against Ukraine.
Under that decision, people subject to sanctions will be raised as assets, while on the other hand, the citizens and companies of the European Union are forbidden to make funds available to them. Physical persons also undergo a travel ban, which prevents them from entering or transiting into EU territory.
It's an economic unit, and three senior officers are on the blacklist: Check Aviation Industries: The company linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard airspace force in Iran, which designs and develops kamikaze drones.
Major General Mohamad Bagheri, the Chief of Staff of Iranian Armed Forces, who until recently boasted about the ability to export Iranian knowledge to 22 countries. General Sayed Hojatollah Qureishi, head of the “Powering, Research and Industrial Affairs” at the Iranian Defence and Logistics Ministry of Armed Forces (MODAFL).
According to the European Union Council, today's decision is a signal of the European Union's determination to respond quickly and decisively to Iran's actions that support Russian aggression against Ukraine. The EU underlines that it will continue to respond to all actions supporting Russian aggression.
