Erling Haaland follows an extreme diet full of food that others do not eat

Erling Haaland keeps the diet that has turned it into one of the deadliest world football attackers. Yet, he has not accomplished so without sacrifice. The Norwegian sponsor follows a strict food plan, something he touched on in a documentary entitled “Haland: The Big Depression”.
An interviewer extracts a number of meat products, including pieces of the cow's heart and liver, asking Haaland if that's what he eats to stay at the top of his game.
Haaland answers: “Ju (other people) do not eat this, but I do this to take care of my body.
I think eating quality food is the most important thing. Or the local cow eating weed there? I eat heart and liver”, he said.
He continues to explain the complex water filtration system he uses as he highlights the importance of looking to the sun.
