On September 13th of this year, law enforcement agencies prevented the introduction of a drug, mainly marijuana and suspected pills as ecstasy. They were entering the Dubrava prison.
For this, the prosecution from that date is arresting the truck driver, Haxhi Topalli, who ran a firm's truck “Heajdin Comerc”, the government contractor for prison supply to Kosovo.
But even though Topalli has been kept in custody since that date, Insander from sources within the Prosecutor's Office has found that this institution already has another suspect who put narcotics on the back of the truck on the evening of September 12.
On the morning of September 13th, that truck of “Heidini Comerc” loaded with goods allowed, even with an amount of over 200 suspected pills as ecstasy, would drive the driver, Haxhi Topalli.
When the truck was stopped, the prosecution decided to arrest the driver.
The person seen in this video, who does not carry gloves or mask, according to sources within the Prosecution, has not yet been arrested, reports Insander.
Musaj Lek's “Hidini Comerc” in 2018 was engaged by the Kosovo Corresponding Service in the tender “Fourncing with food goods to jail the cantina”. The contract was planned to total more than 1.8m euros. /Insander/
