In an AKK document, which Paparac has seen, it becomes known that the subject of Minister Gervala has been processed at the chief state prosecutor's office on 21 September this year.
The “Rasti, with all the evidence collected, dated 21.09.2022, has been forwarded to the State Chief Prosecutor's Office for Further Treatment”, the AKK document says.
Information about not declaring certain functions of Minister Gervala against - Corruption had accepted them since October of last year. From that time period until September of this year, the case was in the investigative phase.
As the Justice Vow had reported last year, Minister Gervala had not stated two positions to her one in her business in Germany and the other to an NGO in Kosovo, nor has he told of her husband and children's wealth in declaring it to the Anti-Corruption Agency (AKK).
The deputy prime minister figured as head of a business in Germany and held the office of executive director.
She figured she was executive director in “A LBLINGUA UG”, this organization that offers services regarding Albanian and other language services, as well as the development of skills for the national and international area.
Donika Gervala had another position at an NGO. At the “foundation, Yusuf Gervalla”. It suggested that he exercised the office of director and authorized representative.
In addition, the deputy prime minister is suspected of not declaring any assets of his husband or other family members.
In the declaration of property he made last April 22nd of last year at the Anti-Corruption Agency (AKK), Gervalla had only announced the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diasporas and deputy prime minister.
From these positions, it had declared revenues of 1,000 euros and 222 euros per month. He had declared that from German judicial institutions he has accepted inflows of 27 thousand euros.
Donika Grovalla has been appointed head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diasporas on 22 March this year. It had received 71 thousand and 722 votes on the Vetevendosje Movement list, where it had gone along with several other officials of the Democratic League of Kosovo.
