Russia's Investigative Committee has provided more details concerning the earlier declaration, where a truck on the bridge had exploded.
“Pathor Committee investigators determined the truck data and its owner, who is resident of Krasnodar. His residence has initiated investigative actions. The truck movement route and relevant documentation are being investigated”
