According to him, opportunities for escalation exist while Serbia considers Kosovo part of it and tries with different forms to undermine stability.
The risk for escalation always exists until Serbia sees Kosovo as part of it, does not give up trying to undermine stability, raise tensions. On the other hand, Dugolli stressed that security organs are constantly gathering information about these criminal groups in the north and that they will be identified as soon as possible.

“Co-operation with the US is deep, inclusive and there is never any co-ordination. When I say co-ordination, understand that the Government of Kosovo makes all the decisions about reports or the processes that are even our locked friends do not create surprises.
