“Students now must pay 300 euros to 500 euros just to recognise (diploms). With this agreement, this cost will be zero”, Bregu said ahead of a meeting of Western Balkan officials organised by German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, broadcast Klankosova.tv.
Bregu said that the Western Balkan states -- Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia -- will also agree to free movement of people without ID cards.
