Former NATO Supreme Commander for Europe Wesley Clark has said he is proud of the steps Kosovo has made for democratisation and economic development.
Clark has said Saturday through a video education at the International Forum for Women, Peace and Security organised by Kosovo that he is also proud of what is being done for democracy in Europe.
“we also welcome the opportunity to become part of the EU and NATO and possibly the most soon of the Council of Europe. I am very grateful for the friendship of Kosovo, and personally every time I come to Kosovo I am very proud of the steps you have taken in democratisation and economic development. I'm very proud of all you're doing for democracy in Europe”, Clark said.
He has expressed gratitude that the forum is dedicated to former US secretaries Madeleine Albright.
