Citaku: Error that Kosovo be represented by president or foreign minister at Security Council, that's why

An interesting explanation of why Kosovo would not have to be represented by the president or foreign minister at the UN Security Council, Vlora Citaku, former ambassador of our state in Washington, gives indicating that, in fact, representation at these collections at the ambassador level, is being done in co-operation with allies [...]
She says Kosovo's greatest achievement there has been as she puts it. Decreasing reporting frequency.
That, because, according to her, every time these meetings are called, they are called by Russia as a permanent member of the UN KS, in order to talk about Kosovo as a crisis alternative.
That was Chitak's comment, in the interview with Mirena, conducted by Periscope.
Vlora Citaku: I believe our greatest achievement has been a reduction in the frequency of reporting. Kosovo in the KS is more often spoken of than Syria, for example. Every time these sessions are held, it is not good for Kosovo.
I expect the minister to reduce the reporting number. That's what the ambassador has to do. It's wrong for the president to be there. When institutions in co-ordination with our allies have taken the decision to lower representation because by sending high levels, we legitimise Russia's request because these hearings are held strictly because Russia insists that it is a crisis here, we should insist and hope at the upcoming Kosovo meetings to be represented by the ambassador.
It's not a good signal.
I tell you with competence, the speeches impress us here.
The only success has been that we have managed to reduce the frequency of reporting.
Speech can be good, but Russia's mind is changed. Did Russia say: did Vlora lock us up? No.
The lower the reporting rate is better for us. /Periscope
