Kabashi through a Facebook post, has said that at the order of the mayor and under his threats and cabinet, she has signed a document for an illegal payment.

Kabashi reports he has also filed the case with the Economic Crimes Unit in Prizren.

Honored Citizens of Prizren

From this moment on, I am declaring that I am resigning irrevocable from the position of director of the Directorate of Labour and Social Management Prizren (DPMS).

I have believed and worked for the change in Prizren and accepted the duty of Labour and Social Management Director believing in good governance, and to serve the citizens and families that need it because the management that I have led is the most sensitive directorate because it has to do with needy families.

I believed that Mayor Totaj after the appointment would be the main supporter and driver of good governance, while the opposite occurred as bureaucracy and nepotism.

Of course, when I took the job, I was aware of the challenges of working nature, but for the past 10 months, I did not find the cooperation and readiness for the work that was ahead of us. Despite my constant demands for co-operation with the chairman, my demands have been ignored, where I have waited for five months for decisions to sign to the mayor of the municipality.

For 10 months I've never been expected by the mayor for the demands I've made for a meeting.

Based on the law of local self-government, I had to answer for my work only to the mayor of the municipality and the citizens. And in concrete cases, I have been accountable to the chief of the cabinet rather than to the mayor.

So I express my deep indignation from Thursday to Friday 13:20 minutes over a fee that is illegal for me by blackmailing me and threatening me that I am dismissed and forced to sign under pressure and threaten with orders from Chairman Shakir Totaj, cabinet chief Nehat Elshani and Public Services Directorate Director Cel Lamaj.

Following the obligation of signing under threat within the mayor's office, I sent e-mails back to the president, where I notified them of this case and headed to the police station where I issued a statement in Prizren's economic crimes unit for all these irregularities.

I thank all the staff that have cooperated, and I am grateful to those who believed in me all their life.
