Even this party has the name of who would run Kosovo health, in case an agreement is reached with the VV.
“Gux” Chairman Faton Peci has said there is unity within the party that MP Haxhi Avdyli is the person who would lead the Ministry of Health.
Peci has said they are very careful in negotiations with the coalition partner.
“On negotiation and partnership issues we are very careful and we respect it to the maximum and we trust and understanding with our partner, which means we have a co-governance formula agreed on at the beginning of the mandate, but voices within the party “Gux” that value Dr. Hagi Avdyli, I think they're normal:8x3>, Peci is saying.
He stressed that this should not be taken as demand at any cost, but, as he said, is simply an expression of “thought and beliefs Gexo-s”
“As it would be the eventual offering of his name to the Minister of Health, comes under circumstances that simply in case Vetevendosje requires that we have an opinion, or if they have difficulty selecting any of the names that have Vetevendosje's faith. Haxhi Avdyl's personality is valued in “Gux”, but that doesn't even mean that it should not be taken as a request at any cost, it is simply an expression of “Gux-s”, he said.
On Thursday, Rifat Latifi, who was appointed minister of health by Prime Minister Albin Kurti, resigned. Latifi, who before taking office had worked in America, is estimated to be one of Kosovo's most successful doctors.
But during his exercise of office as minister for less than a year, he had received widespread criticism.
Prime Minister Kurti, on Friday, has nominated Dafina Geja-Bunjak to head the Ministry of Health.
