Cadirov nervous with Putin generals recommends using nuclear weapons against Ukraine

As Russia confirmed the loss of its Lyman raid in eastern Ukraine, Cadyrov attacked the top commanders for their failures.

“In my personal opinion, more drastic measures must be taken until the proclamation of military law at the border. Areas and use of low-productive nuclear weapons”, Cadyrov said.

Russia has the largest atomic arsenal in the world, including low-productive nuclear tactical weapons designed to deploy against opposing armies.
