His post comes the day after the U.S. Emissar interview, Gabriel Escobar, who claimed to have asked Kurt government to postpone the license to pay the plates for 10 months but who has not taken a vow from Kurti.
He also spoke of the final agreement, until he said the United States fully supports the Franco-German proposal.
Escobar also stated that there are several European models for establishing the Association of Serb-run municipalities and that these models have discussed the meeting yesterday with President Vjosa Osmani.
In the meantime, today <x0); National” and “Koha”, have published points from the draft proposal for the establishment of the Serbian Major Community Association.
The bill is divided into four main parts. In the first part, general definitions have been given, in the second part, the goals of Association, in the third part has been drafted the structure of Association, and in the latter part of the report the Association report has been drafted with the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.
In these four parts of this draft document are a total of 17 articles.
