Minister Donika Gervalla-Schwarz's decision comes after Kosovo's Independent Civil Service Supervisor Council found that the announcement of the 32 diplomatic mission officials has been made contrary to the law.
Similarly, the Council had estimated that the recruiting has not preceded an internal procedure of parallel movement within the civil service.
“In the application of the decision No.52/2022 of the 20,09,2022 Council of Independent Oversight for the Kosovo Civil Service, the 24.2022 No.prot 2436 contest for 32 (thirty two) diplomatic mission officials, announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspore.”, the report said.
On the first day of July, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora opened a competition for the admission of 32 diplomatic mission officials.
