According to the ZKMA communiqué, Kurti and Borrell spoke of the process of dialogue, its prosperity, the content of the basic framework of the agreement, which for the full normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia must have mutual recognition at the centre, and on current issues.
Prime Minister Kurti said peace and security on the one hand and rule of law and democracy on the other go together everywhere in Kosovo.
