He has said he had a good conversation with Kurt, until he stressed that stability and security in the Western Balkan region is even more important in the current context.
Good “Diction with Prime Minister Albin Kurti for the next steps in the EU-brokered dialogue. Ensure stability and security in the Western Balkans is even more important in the current geopolitical context. We will continue to work towards a comprehensive normalisation of relations”, Borrell wrote on Twitter.

This conversation was reported last night by the Prime Minister's office.
According to the ZKMA communiqué, Kurti and Borrell spoke of the dialogue process, its prosperity, the content of the basic framework of the agreement, which for the full normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia must have mutual recognition at the centre and on current issues.
Prime Minister Kurti said peace and security on the one hand and rule of law and democracy on the other go together everywhere in Kosovo.
