Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislim has been unable to visit Belgrade for a Forum and conference on topics pertaining to both states. About 100km before arriving in Belgrade, Bislim has been forced to return to Kosovo. It's back “due to security causes”.
Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi has called Serbia's manipulation the created situation.
We applied for a visit a week ago. Visit approved. We've crossed the border. We're close to Belgrade. There's another police car that stopped us from saying it can't be done because of security. Turns out it's all manipulation... An extra car came up, the convoy came out and asked us to come back and say there's a security problem. He said security is being threatened, but Bislimi said by phone for TIME.
