And AAK deputy Beke Berisha in a pronouncement for Periscope has said there is no need to disappoint internationals because, according to him, Kurti will hear whenever anything is required of them.
Whenever you're given a deadline, it's a delay. It's not a problem to let internationals be disappointed with him or anything, that every time he begs for another 10 months or 20 months, but this is a method until the last moments of doing something”, Beka said.
It was something we knew Kurt was being exposed every day for everything he said. I didn't expect that he would insist and stand in Kosovo's right to enforce the law, and that is now very normal. It means he's experienced the pressure, I'm never sure he's going to let go of everything that's coming. He's been watching all his promises and now he's been doing international pressure and I believe you know he's going to be more responsible and more normal”, Beka said.

U.S. Government disappointment.
After Kurt's decision on the plates, DAS went out with a communique, showing their disappointment with Kurti Government.
The United States of America, along with our international partners, urged the Kosovo government to extend the implementation period for the license decision. Kosovo has the right to implement the license regime under the Brussels Agreement, but extending the deadline is in the interest of progress in the EU facilitated dialogue for normalising Kosovo-Serbia relations. The United States is disappointed and concerned that the Government of Kosovo has refused to do so by its international partners. Kosovo and Serbia must work urgently and flexiblely to reach a comprehensive agreement on normalised relations, with mutual recognition centred” said in response.

The new plan presented by the Government envisions that after April 21st, no other license plates will be allowed that are not RKS.
For three weeks, starting on November 1st through November 21st, the measure will be the one to blame. Then, from November 21st, for two months until 21st, it will be the penalty measure and then from January 21st, we will have proteges for another two months, after which the date, on April 21st, cannot have because no other license plates can be allowed in the Republic of Kosovo”, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti said during the cabinet meeting. /Iliriana Jylan-Periscope
