Banning wages for teachers, law connoisseurs say action is illegal

Today, the Kosovo government has declared that wages for teachers who have not worked during September will not be executed, and were part of the United Education and Science Union strike, while on the other hand, wages have been executed for civil servants who have been on strike.

This has also been confirmed by Kosovo Government spokesman Progress Kryeziu, who in a press proposal has indicated that wages have been raised only for those who have committed responsibilities.

On the other hand, the country's education expert, Youth Qehaja, told news that interpretation of the strike law can also limit the pay, but that he does not judge that it is rational to do so.
