Case attorney “Brezovica”: 70 persons being investigated, no object has been destroyed so far

Maloku said that up until now 70 people are being investigated, in the first technically separated from the latest investigation there are 23 people, while 47 people in the second case.
He said that there are others who have tried to influence the matter, to witnesses, but that is a particular matter.
The whole situation, according to him, has come as in 2019 the institutions for inspection of this area are not functioning, the municipal inspectorate and the Ministry, and he says they have undertaken an extraordinary inspection.
But, Maloku says that then the Environment Ministry has cancelled the rulings with the claim that it is their competence and that they had instructed citizens to address the Shterpa municipality.
“Well, what's going on, the central inspectorate, the Ministry of Environment, comets that are about conveying the measurable actions, they haven't filed the case in court, but they have canceled their decisions, and they have guided investors and citizens to address the municipality with the claim that we're not competent, if you're not competent in setting up the tape, why you took the act of”, Maloku says.
He says he doesn't know if there has been political pressure on him, but for these actions now these people are being investigated.
