The director of the Serbian survival initiative, Aleksandar Arsenijevic, has said that the pronunciation of the blame measure poses no problem for Serbian citizens, but, according to him, the pronunciation of fines could cause turmoil.
In a direct link in Klan Kosova, he has said that at the moment the first fine is pronounced, he himself will remove RKS plates to solidify with Serbian citizens.
