INSTAT announced that the annual change measured by the harmonised Consumer Prices Index in September 2022 is 7.9 %. The European Union's average for the same period is 10.9%, the highest historical one. In 12 EU states, inflation has reached two digits levels, exceeding 10% (Eston, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Czechia, Netherlands, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Romania, Croatia, Belgium).
The lowest-growing state is Switzerland (less than 4%), Iceland (6%), France (6%), Malta (ready 8%), Norway (ready 8%) and then Albania (ready 8%).
Albania's lowest price growth could be linked to the fact that Europe has been influenced by energy expensiveness, while energy has remained unchanged in the country for family members. ( Monitor mark).
For Albania, according to INSTAT, the largest rise in prices of 13,4 % notes in the “Transport” group, followed by “ususkuse and non-alcoholic drinks” by 13,1 %, “alcoholic smoking and tobacco” and “mobilim, home equipment and maintenance” with 5,8 %x> >Mallra and various services” with 3.3 %, “Hottle, cafes and restaurants” with 2.8 %, “Education service” with 2.4 %, “Health” with 2.2 % and “Communification” with 0.8 %.
In September 2022, the monthly change measured by the harmonised Consumer Prices Index is 0.06 %.
This change has been largely influenced by the group's “Ves and shoes increase” by 1.8 %, followed by “groups The educational service” with 1.4 %, “Usk and non-alcoholistic drinks” and “mobilim, home equipment and maintenance” with 1.0 each, “Mall and various services” with 0.8 %, <x10Qira, water, fuel and energy” with 0, %7, “Health” with 0.6 %, “Alcohol and tobacco” and “Entertainment and culture” with 0.3 % each and “Hottle, cafes and restaurants” with 0.2 %. The harmonised Consumption Prices Index (IHÇK) measures changing the level of retail prices of goods and services from the standpoint of the spending structure which consumers (state and foreign) are aiming for final consumption on Albania's territory.
IHCK is used for monitoring the retail price movement in European countries, comparing the percentage of inflation among European countries and as official European Central Bank inflation ensuring price stability in the Economic and Monetary Union
