Today, the accused's court faces the rape and murder of Marigona Osman

Starting at 10:00, this court will hold its next hearing against indictees for the violation and murder of 18 years.

The court hearing against the accused, Dardan Krivaqa and Arber Sejdiu, is held for the 18-year-old murder and violation of Ferizaj Marigona Osmani. (Central Court, Ferizaj, 10:00)”, says the announcement.

Otherwise, the murder of Marigona Osmani had been named one of the most serious killings in post-war Kosovo.

According to the prosecution's indictment, on August 22, 2021, defendants Dardan Krivaqa and Arber Sejdiu deliberately and in co-ordination now deprive the late Marigonus of life.

With what in co-ordination, it's accused of committing criminal work “heavy murder” by Article 173, paragraph 1, subparagraph 1.3, 1.4 and 1.7 regarding Article 31 of the Criminal Code.

Also, according to the Prosecutor, for the defendant Krivaqa, there is a suspicion that the same one committed criminal work “Dunium” from Article 227, paragraph 4, subparography 4.1 concerning paragraph 1 of the Penal Code.

While, it is said that defendant Arber Sejdiu has deliberately helped defendants Dardan Krivaqa carry out the criminal act of rape.

By what, it's accused of committing criminal work “of helping commit rape” by Article 227, paragraph 4, subparagraph 4.1 concerning paragraph 1 and Article 33 of KPRC.

“The Founding Procuror at Ferizaj, in the case of establishing the indictment, has proposed to the court that, after maintaining judicial examination, management of their evidence and assessment, the high-ranking defendants who are found guilty of criminal acts for which they are accused and sentenced under law”, the statement said.
