L 46 people have applied for the status of the participating victim in the trial against war leaders.
These applicants claim members of their close family have been kidnapped by KLA soldiers missing, and some of them have later been found murdered.
However, none of the 46 people who are claiming to be victims of the KLA have managed to testify that their family members, whom they claim were taken from members of the KLA, were sent to any of the “burging” that the prosecution accuses Thaci, Veselin, Selim and Krasniqi, reports.
And that's the main reason why the Bureau for Victims Attendance has recommended that the preliminary judge reject all 46 applications.
This office, has asked the Pre-Precious Judge to act as it did earlier when he refused the application of alleged victims and adhered to the privacy rules.
So this institution within Special has demanded that the applicants' names not be distributed to the public.
