To that end, KEK has shared an estimated 150,000 tonnes of coal in the Sibovci mine, and this process is scheduled to be carried out within 60 days.
In this regard, KEK has announced that the amount for household/citizens is limited to a 10 tonnes truck.
Furthermore, KEK has set the price of 15 euros for households, while 20 euros for businesses for a ton of coal with TVS, without including the cost of loading and transporting.
The loading and transport process will be conducted by a KEK-elect company. The company's selection has become suspicious. This has not been transparent because the way the contract has been realising the selection of the company that will do loading and transporting coal.
Initially, KEK's procurement has not charged E-procurement bid documentPublic Procure Regulatory Commission, just as the law defines it for public institutions, but only puts it on its own official website (Keck-energy. com).

Unless the law is respected, citizens' pocket has also been damaged for about 17 thousand euros, if the cheapest operator has been responsible.
That is because the cheaper economic operator for a truck has come up with a 26.07-euro offer. The economic operator that has signed the contract has offered 27.20 euros.
That's for every truck for 15 grand like this, the price for citizens and businesses has been raised for 1.13 euros. So 150001.13 =16950 euros.
As seen in the tender opening process, there have been three ECK officials:
Official Ibrahim Simnica, Fatbad Dabinovci from the procurement and manager office, Mirvette Gerguri.
Periscope has asked KEK who the members of the assessment commission were and which operator won the contract, at KEK have confirmed that the winning company was “Grguri”.

Fatbahh Dabinovci is a staunch militant of the Vetevendosje Movement and its leader, Albin Kurti. I don't even hide this on the social network.
