Only 15 Serbs registered cars in license plates RKS, MPB says this process wraps up on 13 October

Only 15 Serbian citizens have registered cars on RKS plates so far. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Internal Affairs says determined that this process will be completed on October 31st. This means that after this date cars that possess illegal license plates will not be able to circulate on the territory of the Republic. [...]
This has been announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo for Tve1.info.
The KM, GL, PR, PZ, DE,UR, etc., and others -- which are Serbian denouncing for the cities of the Republic of Kosovo -- have expired with use since September last year, as the deadline for their return to the RKS expires on October 31st.
“We on the other hand, before the deadline, are opening the conversion deadline with financial reliefs. Over a two-month term, we are offering a new window of converting these plates, which are Milosevic's power relics, with significant financial reliefs totalling up to 5 thousand euros. Convert to license plate “RKS” provides free, unhindered and unprejudiced movement throughout the Republic of Kosovo. With it and with the invitation to convert the target to RKS we want to establish legitimacy in our country”, the MPB's response to Tve1.info says.
Furthermore, according to this ministry from the first day of car registration, there has been a great interest in citizens returning to plates in the RKS and that the same interest has been in the north. But, according to the MPB, a propaganda has been developed by Serbian heads of state and there has been great pressure on illegal structures in the north. These structures, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, any compatibility of citizens to legalize their daily lives respond with pressures, threats, and attacks.
“Propaganda of Serbian state Creps, including Serbia's president, Vuciq, and the actions of criminal groups and illegal structures are co-ordinated and in service to each other towards the goal of intimidating our citizens there. Unfortunately, two cases north of the country -- the one in Leposaviq and Zvecan -- have been accompanied by incidents. First car registered in the north, of a Kosovo police sergeant who has made the car return to the license plate RKS, the same evening watch, has been attacked by a house and a part of it has been burned. Also, in Zvecan a Serbian citizen burned the warehouse after he had registered his son's car”, the MPB's response reported.
This minister has stressed the need for more international pressure on Serbia not to invite Kosovo Serbs to act in illegality.
MPB has announced that 15 citizens have so far converted vehicle plates from illegal plates to regular RKS:
We have 6 vehicles from Region 06
We have 5 vehicles from Region 02.
From Regiment 04 we have 2 vehicles and
We have two vehicles.
The freedom of movement, equality, but rule of law is our priority. Meanwhile, we will continue the intensive campaign around Kosovo that by October 31st this process will be completed”, the MPB's response concludes.
