In this case, the injured Elshani is accused of illegal possession, but at the session held on October 18th, the court had phased out the criminal procedure against indictees Ador Krasniqi, Leotrim Krasniqi and Cakiqi Rescue after the same had pleaded guilty to the criminal acts that were imposed on them.
The trial against the three indictees was proclaimed Friday by Judge Agim Kuci, reports “The Justice Act”.
Cakiqi's rescue has been sentenced to four years in prison, in which the sentence will be counted the time spent in detention, as well as penalty penaltyd in the amount of a thousand and 500 euros.
Adorim Krasniqi has been sentenced to prison for 5 years and 10 months, in which the sentence will be counted as the time spent in detention.
Leotrim Krasniqi has been sentenced to three years and eight months in prison, in which sentence will be counted as the time spent in custody.
Also, the accused have been charged with paying a lot of 200 euros, as well as the amount of 50 euros in the name of compensation for crime victims.
Judge Kuci has announced that indictees Rescue Cakiqi and Leotrim Krasniqi with a special decision would cease the detention measure.
Rescue Cakiqi, Leotrim Krasniqi and Adorim Krasniqi were accused of trying to deprive the life of accused Mehmet Elshani, while Cakiqi is being charged with another case in which he shot at the injured Agon Selmanaj, in which he had caused slight bodily injury.
