The double swimming meeting, with the World Championship in Japan in May and the European Championship in Rome in August and athletics (World Champions in Eugene in July and the European Championship in Munich in August).
Then the World men and women's volleyball Championship, the European basketball championship in September, the grand tennis tournaments, the excellent laps and classics of cycling, and the 1st Formula 1st Moto GP and Forum E.
