He has said that his opposition work in Serbia's Parliament is being handled by this indictment, not as the mayor of Bujanovac, and that the Vucici regime has this problem.
I was officially notified that the Special Prosecutor in Nis has proposed to file charges against me for “passing budget aproposal” as I exercised the duty of the mayor of Bujanoc in 2018 and 2019. This shows that, in fact, my job as mayor of Bujanoc is not actually being treated here, but as an opposition to Serbia's Parliament. This is what the Vuciki regime has to deal with. Corruption is not in trouble. Even his problem is why I'm corrupt. Being authoritarian, he is troubled by my opposition. The inability that I've seen these years as an MP to silence me and submit to”, Camber said.
