Scary Rapster Robinho: Sentenced to Nearly a decade in Prison

The Court of Rome has convicted Robin of charges of raping a girl while serving nine years in prison.

This is a sentence that cannot be appealed and executed immediately, but it is not known how it will be condemned and whether it has been pending since 2013.

Why is this happening? The Italian Constitution prohibits the extradition of Brazilians and the Treaty for Judicial Co-operation on Criminal Affairs between Brazil and Italy, signed in 1989 and still in power, does not provide for the implementation of a conviction imposed by the Italian judicial system on Brazilian territory.

That means Robinho will not be taken to prison, but will be arrested if he leaves Brazil, as his country does not accept “ ” decisions made by the Italian court.
