The incident made the European football governing body, UEFA, to express its security concerns about the final Conference League on May 25th to be held in Tirana.
U n EFA said its officials will travel to Albania soon to discuss concerns about “political interventions” in football ahead of the federation's elections. If Duka were to lose presidential elections on March 2nd, he would have to give up his country on the U Executive Committee EFA in next year's elections.
The race for the post of FSHF president has sparked a clash between Duka and Tirana's municipality, which has accused him of corruption.

Duke has been leading the Albanian Football Federation since 2002 and running for a sixth term at the helm of this institution.
