Paris Saint-Germain announced that Neymar started running out into the field this week and at the PCG training centre, Camp de Loges after recovering from the injury he suffered against Saint-Etiene on November 28th.
In 18 days until the match against Real Madrid in Parc des Princess, Neymar has begun to fight with time to be ready for the 1/8th match in the Champions League against Los Blanco.
PSG believes Neymar will be ready for this match, but it is doubtful whether he will manage to capture his form for the February 15th cruise match.
Neymar needs to get back to training with his teammates, but he's still not physically good at playing the fight against Rennes at home on February 11th.
The PSG faces Nice at 1/8 of the French Cup final on January 31st and will then play Leele on February 6th, but they will play in the quarterfinals if they eliminate Nice.
Neymar suffered the same injury he suffered in 2020 in the match against Lyons, who left him out for 27 days. Last season he missed the 1/8th final against Barcelona because of the injury, but returned to play in the quarterfinals against Bayern Munich and in the semifinals against Manchester City.
In 2018/19 he missed the 1/8th match of the final against Manchester United because of a 4th meterarchial fracture, and a year later he didn't even play in the 1/8th match against Real Madrid because of another fracture.
“We still do not know, but we hope he will be ready for the match against Real Madrid”, coach Maurizio Pochetino said a few days ago.
He's continuing training. From next week, he'll be running in field”.
