(4 years ago)NATO allies have made proposals for a diplomatic solution to tensions caused by Russia's military establishment near Ukraine, but remained “prepared for the worst”, Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said. “
“Now we are addressing Russia once again in an effort to pursue a path of dialogue and find a political solution”, he said, writes Aljazeera.
