Murder of 18-year-old in Ferizaj: Court continues detention measure for two months

The request for the detention measure against the two suspects for criminal work “grave murder”, the Constitutional Prosecutor at Ferizaj, has made it January 17th.
News of continuing the detention measure for the two indictees has confirmed the “Justice Trust” by the Bureau for Information at the Foundation Court in Ferizaj.
The case continues to be in investigative procedure.
Indictee Dardan Krivaqa was arrested on 25 August 2021, after, according to Ferizaj's Constitutional Prosecutor, the 18-year-old death allegedly came after she had been physically mistreated and suffered severe injuries, from the same.
The other indictee, Arber Sejdiu, was arrested on August 24th 2021, after, according to the Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj, the suspect Sejdiu had participated in the exercise of physical and psychic violence against the now late M.O.
Otherwise, the defendant Krivaqa was suspected that on August 22, 2021, in Ferizaj, in his apartment, deliberately, cruelly for low motives, the night before had initially practiced psychic violence, then physical violence, which had continued even on the critical day until the death had changed.
The goal, reportedly in the request, was the defendant Sejdiu had been present all the time and had directly contributed to the conduct of the crime responsible for the death of the deceased, and then the same had been sent and left at Ferizaj General Hospital, with no signs of life, while the two defendants had fled in an unknown direction.
For this, the prosecution says that in co-ordination they committed criminal work “heavy murder” by Article 173 paragraph 1, under paragraph 1.4 and 1.8 regarding Article 31 of the Pena Code, which the chief is sentenced to prison no less than 10 years or life in prison.
