Svecla has said the MPB is working with the Ministry of Finance to appoint the co-efficency for public sector equality.
“From the last report we had in December, no more than a month, frequent finalisation meetings have been held. CoEfficients have been discussed for each position on principle, fair and non-discreet basis. The list should be principled and reflect equality. In line with the Constitutional Court's act, the pieces where it is estimated to have exceeded the competencies of the Government” have been assessed, he has said, adding that with the law scheduled to adopt “there will be a literal, long-term, applicable and functional system of wages and rewards”, Svecla has said.
From the government, weeks ago they have said they are working on the Law for Salaries, which, as they have said, its primary goal would be to create transparency and equality in the public sector, as opposed to that preliminary one, which has been abolished by the Constitutional Court.
Prime Minister Kurti has pledged that the minimum wage would be raised to 250 euros.
