Instagram restore old option

Last month, Instagram announced it would return the chronological news ranking option and reports during 2022. Now some users have begun to take this option. The Instagram has started to partially distribute the new user function and they will be able to choose what will be displayed in “furnisation”

The Instagram has started to partially distribute the new function for users and they will be able to choose what will be displayed in their “furnisation”.

Users will have three options, under which the news will be able to rank, Home, Priories and Folkling, respectively.

The Home option is the current order, based on artificial intelligence technology. This is the default option, which shows the posts the algorithm thinks users will like.

The Favorites option only shows user-tracked account posts (marked by a star). This allows users to filter their ongoing posts on people who are not too important to them.

Finally, the following order allows posts to appear chronologically. This option will only include the content shared by the user's track account.

Adam Moser, head of the Instagram, shows that new classification functions will gradually be available to users and are expected to all use them by the middle of this year.
