Do hybrids pollute plows the same as gasolines?

In many European countries, plow hybrids can be purchased by great descent because they are known as green cars.
This type of car has a battery that allows for driving up to 60 km of electric power engine, along with gasoline. But that's just not true, because according to reports from the Danish Road Administration, which has authorized the COI firm to analyze Danish hybrid users' records.
The limit that a car releases so little CO2 can enter the green car category that profits discount is 50 grams of CO2/km, but the analysis conducted on 1307 vehicles shows that plow hybrids release 110 grams of CO2km. So more than double the border value.
As a result, it turns out that some of the hybrid Plug cars are close to the consumption of fuel from a fuel car similar to gasoline or oil, while others still use the possibility of electricity filling, and they also have slightly lower consumption.
