Secretary Blinken's letter is an invitation for a new moment for Kosovo!
The time when it was sent at the beginning of the year, its content that more than 70 percent deal with the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, the obvious purpose that this principled dialogue has to have the mutual recognition and list of subjects that are meant to make that platform of American politics in 2022!
From the beginning of Secretary Blinken's letter shows that this is the US agenda in relation to Kosovo, and they expect that this applies in close cooperation to Ambassador Havenier and Special Envoy Escobar, which needs to be taken very seriously!
This is a new, special opportunity for Kosovo during President Biden's administration and if it doesn't change, maybe a lost chance! I am personally about the first use of this moment for which our main strategic partner, the United States, is determined to support us to close our states!
