Nasim Haradinaj today during The Hague hearing with tears in his eyes has confessed to the persecutions he had experienced before and during the war in Kosovo, Periscopi reports.
He told how he was forced to flee to Albania and then when he returned, he had found his family without any men there.
We've been forced into Albania illegally, so we've been held for three weeks, and we've been back, and we've been tortured, and so has our wife. My friend has left the prison in Mitrovica and I went straight home that same day and I'm married without ceremony because people don't have the balls to come to our parties or to death. We had no death. My 16-year-old little brother was imprisoned and held up for three and a half years. So when I came home I found the female family, Haradinaj said.
Haradinaj has indicated that he was the youngest political prisoner in Europe.
