Germans back on their bikes?

No, no, she's not kidding. Unlike us, who drive us into the house, the Germans seem to be returning to their bicycle.
The sign of communications like this one in the photo has recently appeared in Stutgart, on a road containing special bike and motor tape, separated from the main striped strip.
If the road configuration, because the lack of proper width in some countries does not allow normal vehicle passage, there is a lack of a further distance of 1.5 meters during the crossing (as provided by law) in those countries there are no overstepping. The penalty for this violation of drivers is 70 euros.
In practice, this sign suggests that on certain parts of the road the slower traffic participants, the bicycle, will dictate the speed of moving for all vehicles.
There is no doubt that major changes in the industry but also the growing number of types of transportation - along with the rise of ecological awareness - are affecting traffic changes in many cities. As a result, roads that are gradually losing privileged status are changing. This is evident in city centers, where they are intended to break away completely from traffic, and for these parts to be released for pedestrians and ecologic transport vehicles. Germany, but several other Western countries have been working this way for some time.
Drivers, of course, are unhappy while asking questions about the future of communication as we know it.
