The judge has ordered Djokovic immediately to be released from the centre where he has been held in recent days and to pay all expenses. The judge has ordered Djokovic immediately to be released from the centre where he has been held in recent days and to pay all expenses.
But nothing is yet completed as far as Djokovic's participation in the Australian Open tournament begins on January 17th.
The Australian Minister of Migration still has the powers to cancel or not abolish Djokovic's visa.
