Victor Munoz towards Liverpool for 40m euros

Livepool FC reportedly has suddenly entered the competition for the transfer of CA Ossasuna, Victor Muñoz, ruining Newcastle United plans that were very close to the player's deal.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Spanish talent movement towards Anfield is virtually closed, making it only a matter of time to formalise it during this transitional deadline.
Newcastle has reportedly held advanced talks with Ossauna for a long period, but Liverpool has intervened in recent moments and provided 22-year-old services.
The deal, according to reports, amounts to about 40m euros, with the release clause being activated and with medical tests already conducted. The official announcement is expected to arrive within this week. Also, some of the amount of transfer will be benefited by Real Madrid CF.
According to other sources, Muñoz is expected to sign a six-year long-term contract with Liverpool.
The 22-year-old Spanish man, who can play in several offensive positions and is known for his speed in counterattacks, is seen as an important reinforcement for the new team's game style.
In the past season, he achieved six goals and two assistings in La League for Osasuna.
