Djokovic had arrived in the United Arab Emirates after his expulsion from Australia due to the alleged vaccine against COVID-19 ended tennis hopes listed in the men's category 1 to protect its title in “Australian Open”.
Three judges of the Federal Court on Sunday came to the side of the Migration Minister Alex Hawke's decision to cancel Serbia's visa for reasons of public interest, Apnews writes.
Shortly after the decision, federal agents escorted Djokovic to Melbourne Airport, where he boarded a plane with the United Arab Emirates' destination Dubai.
Prior to his departure, Djokovic said he was the extremely disappointed “by the Australian court's decision, but said he respected the decision.
