Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic has been released on Monday, January 10th from the detention centre in Australia, after the judge, Anthony Kelly, considered unreasonable “the Government's decision to refuse its entry into this state.

According to Judge Kelly, Djokovic must be released immediately after the court ruling and all documents, including passport and travel documents, will be returned to him.

Thus, Djokovic may be able to play the Australian Open tournament and win the 21st Grand Slam title.

However, lawyers from the federal government have told the court that the Ministry for Migration is reserved the right to re-register tennis.

After the decision, Novak Djokovic's family said that <x0 real and justice” won.

“has been a great challenge for all of us as a family. We've done everything we can to respect all protocols. We were very emotional and it's very difficult for us to protect Novak without offending anyone”, his brother Djordje said at a news conference held Monday in Belgrade.

“The truth and justice came out and I want to thank Australia's legal system, such as Judge Kelly, who was impartial and examined all the facts from the moment he (Novak Djokovic) arrived at Melburn airport”, he said.

Novak Djokovic, 34, has been held at a detention centre for migrants of January 6th.

He hasn't been seen in public since he went to Australia.

His lawyers have said Djokovic has recently been infected with Coronavirus and that document has provided him with avoidance from coronary regulations in Australia.

According to Australian regulations, each foreigner who enters this country must be vaccinated with two doses of coronavirus.

However, the Australian government has said that foreigners are not guaranteed access to Australia, which has raised dilemmas if the government will stop it again and expel him from the state.

Novak Djokovic has repeatedly spoken against the inoculation against the coronary, but has never let his immune status be known.

He has secured a medical exemption from two medical panels of the organisation, which runs the tennis tournament and Victoria state.

Djokovic's announcement that he has secured an exception and that he will head towards Melbourne, has been met with anger by some Australians, who have been very limited since the pandemic broke out.
