The decision was made a few moments ago, and the visa approval requirement was canceled by the Serbian tennis player.
20th time Grand Slam champion had hearings at the Federal Court today in a final attempt to stay and compete for the title.
Justice Chief James Allsop, Judge Anthony Besanko and Judge David O'Callaghan unanimously ruled that Djokovic had no reason to contest the expulsion order of Migration Minister Alex Hawke.
Now, Djokovic has no visa and will be expelled from Australia. Nine times the Australian Open champion will leave the country soon.
Djokovic can no longer complain about his decision. Thus, it will be missing in the GrandSlam “Australian Open” starting Monday.
The government did not show whether to use the option to prevent Djokovic from applying for visas to enter Australia for the next three years.
