Court in Switzerland makes verdict on Kosovo accused of violating a woman

The case in question has already been the subject of the Supreme Court and the Federal court several times.
In the act released Wednesday, criminal law judges state that in this case it is possible only to maintain a mental entity, transmit albinfo.ch. This, since, according to federal judges, if released, Kosovo is expected to commit other serious crimes against the mental, physical and sexual integrity of other people.
What is Kosovo accused of?
He is suspected of violating a woman in 2011, holding a knife to her throat. But this was not the only criminal act he had committed.
Kosovar had performed other works as deliberate murder, robbery and theft, as a minor. After he had committed the murder, he was sent to a improving, educational entity for minors.
In 2006, he was again sentenced to two and a half years in prison for robbery and other works still recorded in the criminal record.
This is the third decision by the Federal Supreme Court on this case, to hold convicts to the measure of security, even after the full suffering of punishment.
