Chinese sue Renault for logo theft

While Chinese companies knew to fully copy a product, if the indictment now comes true the guilt will still be smaller. This is about a logo that you use inside Mobilize Rebault, which the Chinese company Human Horizon claims to look too much like its logo.

Human Horizons appeared on the stage of automobileism a few years ago when he introduced the HiPhi X electric vehicle as the first model of the firm's logo, consisting of a broken circle with a vertical line.

A few months later, Renault introduced the prototype Mobilize EZ-1. Although different from the Chinese model, this vehicle carried similar logos, only that the tank around it was broken with a line under the angle of 22.5 degrees.

The Chinese company predicts that the similarity of the logo will affect its entry into the European market, so in the month of October last year, it called for a German court to ban the use of Renault logo, Auto Motor Und Sport reports.

Otherwise, the HiPhi logo was recorded in 2018, since Mobilize's Renault patented January 2021.
